The service
prepaid.ai provides a phone number and an AI that answers calls to it on your behalf, on prepaid plans. A plan runs for its stated validity window; while it is active your number stays yours and your AI answers.
Money
Plans are prepaid and never auto-charge unless you explicitly turn auto-recharge on. Call time is metered per second against your plan’s included minutes, then against credits. Top-up credits roll over while a plan is active — we do not confiscate paid credit. If a plan lapses, a grace period follows before the number is released, like a SIM.
Calls and recordings
Your AI announces that it is an AI at the start of calls, and call recording follows the rules of your number’s country. You are responsible for using the service lawfully in your jurisdiction, including any consent your business must obtain from callers.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive or abusive use; no spam or harassing calls. Outbound calling, where offered, runs through compliance checks (do-not-call scrubbing, calling windows, disclosure) and may be refused or suspended to protect recipients and the platform.
Liability
The service is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
