Warm transfer

An AI that knows when the call needs you

Name the places a call can go — Sales, the site mobile, the out-of-hours line — and the AI puts each caller through to the right one, by your rules and your hours. Urgent words skip everything and go straight to a person.

Your AI, answeringCall in progress
Thanks for calling Fletcher Plumbing — this is the AI assistant. What can I help with?
I can smell gas in the laundry. It’s getting stronger.
That’s not one to wait on — I’m putting you straight through to the emergency line. While it rings, don’t touch any switches, and get everyone outside if you can.
Okay. We’re heading out the front now.
Good. Connecting you — they’ll know it’s a gas leak before they pick up, so you won’t have to start again.

“Gas” is an urgency word. The rules sent this caller to a person mid-sentence.

How it works

Name where calls can go

Sales, the workshop, Ella’s mobile, the out-of-hours line — you give each destination a name a human would use. No dial plans, no diagrams.

The AI chooses by name

It listens to what the caller needs and matches it to the destination you named — then checks your rules and your hours before it dials anyone.

The handover is warm

The caller isn’t dumped into a ringing line. The AI says who it’s connecting them to, and the person picking up knows who’s calling and why — nobody starts the story again.

What it actually does

Urgent words jump the queue

A caller saying “gas leak” or “chest pain” isn’t offered a booking — they’re routed straight to a person. The words come with your industry, and you can add your own.

Your hours gate every transfer

A transfer only happens when your rules say someone is there to take it. The AI doesn’t put a caller through to a closed office and call that handled.

Asked for a person, it doesn’t argue

Some callers just want a human. The AI treats that as a valid request, not an objection to overcome — it hands over, warmly.

The context travels with the call

What the caller already said goes with them. The worst version of a transfer — “let me just explain all that again” — is the thing this feature exists to delete.

The calls that need you reach you. The rest don’t have to.
