Outbound campaigns

A dialler that refuses the calls that would cost you

Recalls, follow-ups and win-back campaigns, dialled by your AI — with a compliance gate in front of every single call. Consent checked, calling hours respected in the recipient’s own time zone, opt-outs honoured forever. No call is placed without passing it. Not one.

Every dialled call passes this gate. The refusal is the product.

How it works

Build the list, with consent attached

Every contact carries a consent record — how they opted in, and when. A list without consent isn’t a campaign here; it’s a refusal.

The gate decides, call by call

At dial time — not import time — each call is checked: consent current, hours legal where the recipient lives, no opt-out on record. What fails, waits or is dropped, and the screen tells you why.

The AI speaks, honestly

Every connected call opens with the AI saying what it is and who it’s calling for. Someone says “take me off your list” and it’s recorded permanently, mid-sentence, without argument.

What it actually does

One choke point, no way around it

The gate is the single door every dialled call goes through — not a checkbox a campaign can be configured past. There is structurally no second path to place a call.

Opt-outs are forever, across every campaign

“Stop calling me” is written down the moment it’s said and applies to all campaigns, permanently. Not a suppression you maintain — a promise the system keeps.

Calling windows follow the recipient

Nine at night where you are is fine; where they are, it isn’t. Windows are enforced in each recipient’s own local time, per their country’s rules.

Paced, attempted, and capped

Attempt caps, retry spacing and campaign pacing are enforced by the same engine — a runaway list can’t become a runaway dialler.

Said plainly

Outbound is deliberately the strictest thing we sell. If your list can’t say where its consent came from, the gate will refuse it — that refusal is us doing our job, and it’s cheaper than the fine.

Campaigns that dial with a clear conscience.
