Playback sits beside the words
In the console, the audio and the transcript are one view. Press play and the line being spoken is highlighted, so your eyes and your ears are always on the same sentence.
You find it instead of remembering it
The address, the price that was quoted, the name you half-caught — search the words. The call you need surfaces by what was said in it.

Recording follows each country’s rules by default. Where the law wants the caller told, the caller is told — it’s part of the call, not a setting someone has to remember.
The transcript knows its speakers
Every line carries who said it. When a caller disputes what was agreed, “who said what” is a fact you can point at, not a memory you defend.
